1. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to lease machines from Purshotam Company.
- Valid ID proof, business documents, or any other verification details may be required before lease approval.
2. Lease Agreement
- Leasing any machine constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and Purshotam Company.
- Lease duration, pricing, machine specifications, and usage limits will be clearly specified in the lease contract provided at the time of booking.
- Machines must only be used for lawful, intended, and approved purposes.
3. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment must be made in advance, as per the customer’s selected plan.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other available options shown on the website.
- Late payments or overdue leases may attract additional charges or penalties.
4. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery timelines depend on location, machine availability, and logistics arrangements.
- Customers must ensure proper access at the site for smooth delivery and pickup.
- Any additional handling, loading, or transportation charges will be communicated in advance.
5. Machine Usage
- Customers are responsible for the proper handling and safe operation of all leased machines.
- Machines must not be tampered with, modified, or operated beyond their recommended capacity.
- Any damage, misuse, or loss during the lease period will be chargeable to the customer.
6. Maintenance & Repairs
- Routine maintenance is handled by Purshotam Company.
- If a machine malfunctions due to a technical or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.
- Damages caused by negligence, mishandling, or unauthorized use will result in repair charges.
7. Security Deposit
- Some machines may require a refundable security deposit before dispatch.
- The deposit will be refunded after inspection, provided the machine is returned in good working condition.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made before dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund, based on Purshotam Company’s cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after machine delivery.
- Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.
9. Liability
- Purshotam Company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from improper, unsafe, or unauthorized use of the machines.
- Customers agree to operate all machines responsibly and follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and operational manuals.
